- The mouse has been detected correctly by Windows but when I try to use it nothing happens
The batteries may need to be charged. This can take a number of hours to complete.
- I've charged the batteries but the mouse still isn't working.
The mouse may need to be synchronised with the base station, particularly if this is the first time you have used it. Follow this procedure:
1. Press the blue button on the base station. It should start flashing rapidly.
2. Press the small recessed button on the underside of the mouse for a few seconds, keeping the mouse pointed at the base station and about 10cm away from it.
3. Repeat the procedure if necessary. It can take a couple of tries for the mouse and base station to find a useable channel.
- I walked away from my computer for a few minutes and when I came back my mouse wasn't working. ?
The mouse enters power saving mode if it is left idle for a short period. Click any button on the mouse to reactivate it.
- My mouse has started behaving erratically ?
The batteries probably need to be recharged. There is no need to fully recharge them. Even a short period of recharging can give your mouse the boost it needs to help you finish your work. However when not in use the mouse should be left in the charger to ensure maximum battery life.
- Does the mouse work on an Apple Mac ?
