- The blue leds are very weak, is it suppose to be this way?
For your convenience the intensity of the blue leds are not so intensive.
- When I plugin devices to the usb ports it, the system asks for the drivers, where do i find them ?
The system needs the drivers to the device, so please consult the manufactorer website of the device you plugin into the usb hub.
- I get "Device was not recognised" when I plugin the USB hub/mouse mat?
Make sure your Operating system is updated. Connect this product directly into a free USB port at the back of the computer.
Then restart your computer.
- Is this product compatible with USB1.1 or USB 2.0 ?
Yes it is. However if you want to use USB2.0 you must have a USB2.0 compatible host controler, otherwise it will run at USB1.1 speed.
- Will this product work on Windows Vista?
Yes it will. IF you need drivers, setup windows to go download the drivers from the windows update website.
