- There is a known problem with the
mouse driver in some systems, which causes a reboot or Bluescreen.
Error with file: KMWD filter.sys
Please download and install the following
driver:
- Tevion
1600 DPI wireless Laser mouse driver 5.2 - March 2008 - NEW
Remove the old driver before
installing a new one.
1 ) Download the package and extract
2 ) Run the installation
3 ) Restart the computer

- When I install the driver, and
the mouse icon appears at the task bar, nothing happens when i click on
it, why ?
Upgrade the driver.
- The laser
mouse doesnt work at all & the pointer doesnt move on the
screen.
Did you turned the mouse ON ? There is a switch button underneath the
mouse.
Another method is to
insert the usb dongle in one of the USB ports at the back of the
computer!
This is important - it must be at the back.
If this still fails to make the mouse work, try pluging it in into
another computer without installing any of the software from the CD.
Windows will then just use generic drivers for it, and that will tell
you if the mouse is functional or not.
