Numeric Keypad and USB Light

• When I connect the numeric keypad, nothing happens
  Press on the "NumLock" key and confirm if the green led lites up.
  
  
• The USB light doesn't work
  Try to connect it into another usb port, if it still doesnt work, please contact the service center.
  
  
• I get a message about "USB device has exceeded the power limits" or similar.
  Try to connect on a different USB port, if the same situation occurs please contact the service center.
