  • If you can't start the mp3 player
    Please make sure the internal battery has been charged and the POWER button is switched to ON.
    The most important thing is to
    press the PLAY button and then release it immediately. DON”T PRESS and HOLD the PLAY button.

  • Cant play video or see the picture ?
    Please confirm the video format is in .SMV which is converted by the software inside the CD driver.
    The player can only support .SMV video file format, while the pictures must be in .jpg or .bmp file format.

  • How long to recharge the battery ?
    You can leave it recharging for 2 - 3 hours


  • Can I over charge ?
    No, the player still stop charging when the battery is full.

  • How can I see when the battery is full ?
    Unplug the mp3 from the charging adapter and look at the battery status indicator on the upper right corner.
    It should look like this: [ | | | | |]o if you see this instead: [_______] then the battery its empty.
    You might need to leave it on recharging for another hour.
    If the device can not hold the power, please upgrade the firmware from the download section.
