If your MP3 player is not behaving as it should, you can try resetting the firmware.

Download the latest firmware below and follow these instructions.

TEVION MP3 M922 - Firmware

Instructions:

1. Uninstall any existing firmware downloader

2. Download and unzip the firmware files to a folder

3. Remove the battery from the MP3 player - do not connect it to the computer yet.

4. Run stdupdaterapp.exe from the firmware folder

5. Hold the power button down and connect the player to the PC. Keep the powerbutton held down until the updater program detects the device.

6. Follow the instructions to download the new firmware. After about 10 minutes and you will be asked to confirm the firmware download. The process should then complete quite quickly.

7. Remove the MP3 player and replace the battery. Start the player and wait one minute for the unit to reinitialise.
